For best results, place the patch on a clean and dry surface of the skin. You will find a small alcohol sheet in the package to clean the area before placing the patch on your skin.

Steps:
1. Clean the area of skin where you’ll place the patch
2. Remove the printed liner from the patch
3. Firmly press the patch onto your skin

The patch adheres best on areas of skin with minimal hair. Avoid placing the patch in areas where that flex or bend a lot. If you’d like to place the patch on your knee or elbow, apply it either above or below the joint so it stays on.
To take advantage of all 40mg of CBD, the patch must be worn continuously for up to 96 hours. Don’t take it off before this time.
